"Used to work with this company. One of the worst experiences of my career. For starters, I want to point out that Amy, Natalie, Kasara, Tammy, and Jamie are the first 5 reviewers and all gave it 5 stars. Those are (or were) employees. Tammy and Amy were the ones delegated to my company's clients and they were exceptionally nasty to me, my staff, and my customers. I had customer calling in saying that they were trying to schedule but the schedulers were rude and even laughed at them for asking simple questions. I've heard a lot of wild stories from upset customers so I started transferring customers to them and muting myself to listen in on the conversation. Sure enough, a customer asks "is there anything sooner?" in a non-confrontation tone and is responded to with, "Uh, no? its next wednesday take it or leave. If you have a problem call these people *my company's number*" My interactions with them were far worst but it may just feel this way cause I was personally involved. On one occasion I was asking if there was any chance they could do a delivery on a Thursday for a customer and was met with, "ha, no, and don't give me this customers sob story about being in the hospital. We heard it all earlier." On another occasion I was trying to schedule one of my customers for a delivery and I was stopped short and told "Don't you dare transfer them to me, we're not going out there until next week and I am NOT getting yelled at so you tell them what the date is and then come back to me if they will take it!""
"They actually deserve a negative star, but since that's not possible, they get the undeserved one star. Very shady--- Steer clear of this company! They live up to the worst of their reviewers: incompetent, unprofessional and careless. They had our delivery (many items, too numerous to mention) for over a week and never called to schedule a time for drop-off. When we realized they had possession of our belongings for over a week, we called and were told they would try to deliver it in a week! We spoke with Amy and Tammy- typical dragons-at-the-gate who enjoy being rude and unhelpful. The lack of professionalism and humanity in this company leaves me, in the words of another reviewer, speechless."
"I give this company one star (should be zero) for incompetence and unprofessionalism. They rescheduled my furniture delivery from Wayfair four times over a two week period before my furniture was finally delivered. On one of those delivery schedules I was given a four-hour delivery window, and I waited and waited and waited...for five hours. The driver never showed up. I didn't even get a courtesy call that they weren't coming. Two of the times I was told I would get a call back later in the day for a delivery window for the next day, and never got calls back so I was left wondering if they were going to show up at my house the next day. Today I got a call from a delivery driver saying he was thirty minutes from my house which was news to me that today was the delivery day; I was not given a delivery window so it was by chance that I happened to be home to receive the delivery. When I mentioned to the driver the runaround I'd been getting, he sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. That was the FIRST apology I had received from the company despite speaking with their representatives multiple times over the phone. I do not know how this company is still in business. It appears that they are taking on far too much business than they can handle and seem extremely disorganized. I will never order anything from Wayfair again that has to be delivered by freight because of this experience unless they can promise me it will not be delivered by On the Go Deliveries. What a waste of my time. 10/26/15 Update: I received a call from the company three days after my furniture was delivered to schedule the delivery of my furniture that was already delivered. Just. speechless."
