"Garbage company with horrible employees and a lying boss. They (he) will cheat you out of your money. Don’t believe anything they (he) says. I’m sure their (his) reply will be an attempt to twist facts to make them seem like the victims of an unwarranted attack. They did not send a big enough truck to haul my stuff. The amount of stuff was expressed many many times. So, I had to pay an extra thousand dollars because of the need for a second trip. The movers took breaks non-stop. A break here and there is warranted but not with every trip to the truck. They also helped themselves to my fridge. Still really pissed about that. I bought them water and donuts to be nice but apparently that translated to them that they could go into my fridge and take what they want. They also took 2 hours to get from the pick up to drop off. It’s a 10-minute drive. The excuse was lunch. Not trying to be a slave driver but 2 hours is a bit much. Maybe I’m being unreasonable on this but it doesn’t seem so. The owner/operator was contacted about all of this, said he was gonna look into it and get back to me. That has not happened. It’s been over 4 months. I think that’s ample time for a response. So…again. I refer you to the first paragraph."

"If I could leave no stars, I would. Beyond unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone. They were hired by my builders to move my small business things from one room to another. In that process they broke my laser engraver. Getting them to respond is near impossible and getting them to make it right has been even more impossible. It’s been MONTHS of trying to get them to make it right. If you value your things do yourself a favor and find another company!!"

"Eric and Terrinia and saved me! I had to find a home for a client's baby grand piano with no notice and on a weekend! I got a recommendation for All the Right Moves, called them on a SUNDAY, they called back in a couple of hours and got the piano moved the next day. I will not forget their kindness! :)"

"We usually do not provide reviews good or bad for a company. However this move deserves recognition. We used All the Right Moves, Hilton Head Island, to move from Atlanta to Bluffton, SC. It was a large 23,000 lb., complicated move. We had 2 large storage units, a car and an apartment. It was the best move we have ever had. The movers were polite, patient & extremely conscientious. At the storage unit the movers rewrapped all our furniture because the prior movers did not wrap or properly store our belongings. We had six team members, each trained properly. A few weeks prior to moving into our new home we had the heart of pine floors sanded & refinished. All the Right Moves took time to carefully position each piece of furniture without scratching our new floor. Eric, the owner and Terrinia, the office manager followed up throughout the move. We were impressed and pleased with our move. We would highly recommend this company as there were no issues. Their price and terms were competitive and were handled professionally. "It is my pleasure to give a review for All the Right Moves. From the first phone call with Eric to get our quote, I felt comfortable. He was attentive to our budget and what we needed to be included in that number. He also made himself available for additional questions, and he always responded promptly. Terrinia coordinated our move, confirming the scheduling times, rates and who our moving team would be. She checked in with me during the move to make sure I was comfortable with the timeline of the move and arranged for the moving team to extend their time on our job to complete a few extra setups of our furniture. Carlos and Harold were our moving team. They arrived on time, politely greeted us and then immediately began their work. They took great care with loading and unloading our possessions and never put so much as a smudge or nick on our newly finished walls and floors. They were always polite and smiling and worked steadily as we were on an hourly rate. These guys were the ultimate professional movers.
