"Absolutely awful. Of course they come in and they are in a “rush”. Supposed to install. Rushed out the door doing nothing that was contracted actually worse ruining my order. These people are costing vendors and people money through laziness and incompetence and even more so a lack of care. Taking up with BBB."

"If I could give zero stars I would. My delivery has been rescheduled twice. This is delaying a contractor to finish work in my home and will cost me extra for the delay. Not only that but a nonfunctional bathroom. I have no trust in this company and do not believe what they say. If they can’t deliver they should let you pick up your product!"

"Have been waiting a month for a treadmill to be delivered, and have been rescheduled 4 times now with no end in sight. The odd part is the fact that its currently sitting in their possession. Conveniently nobody ever has any reasons when you can manage to contact them. Wish i could give less than one star. Strongly considering contacting a lawyer"

"It’s horrible service. My washer and dryer was supposed to be delivered on Oct 7th which got rescheduled to Oct 24th then it got rescheduled again for Oct 10 and showed delivery window but got rescheduled again and when I try to reach out to customer service with 0 people in queue no one responded. So I ended up calling on the number from which they called me to get to reschedule my delivery and guy was like tuck broke down so he couldn’t deliver today. So I asked him will it be delivered on new date or it will get rescheduled again and he just couldn’t answer me straight. That not how you run business if XPO can’t handle it they shouldn’t take more deliveries. I urge Samsung and other companies to use alternate methods for delivering and I recommend everyone to check with the company before placing orders and if it’s XPO think again."

"If I could also leave zero stars I would. We are supposed to get a delivery today (May 20, 2022). When tracking the refrigerator, they say they tried delivering it and tried calling…. LIES!!!!! No one has called, no one has tried to deliver. Now it is on the way back to the facility and we will get a call in 24-48 hours to reschedule…..NO, we need our delivery and not lazy drivers not wanting to work! Update…. Now they say it will be maybe Tuesday (May 24th) This is bull. The window they gave us was 8am-8pm, and on the phone call right now they said Shay said they can’t deliver after 4pm, but when hubby called at 445pm they said window time of 515pm and 645pm, then he checked the tracking and it was on the way back to facility at 545pm…..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!"
