"Their driver, during the rain, came into my yard with his van. He then proceeded to drive all the way through my yard to deliver to the wrong house. Because it had been raining for quite a while as he backed out he ran over my sprinkler system and a row of flowers and plants along a walkway going towards the back of the yard. I caught him before he left the yard and he had pinned me up against a row of hedge so I knocked on his window to get him to roll down the window and talk to me. The first thing he said when he rolled down the window was don't you hit my effing"
