"I have shipped many different packages doing the same thing every time. This was the first time I’ve ever had trouble and the postmaster made me sit there and write my stuff out on an envelope that I had purchased a label for, just for her to say that neither were postage and I would have to go home and print it out and tape it on myself. Don’t provide the option of printing it out if your postmasters don’t know how to do it."

"If i could give a minus 5 i will not hesitate. Nothing against the distribution staff. I think they are doing a great job in getting the mail from one end of the country to the other. IT WOULD BE 5 STARS FOR THEM. The IT staff do need to be reprimanded. The web site has no meaning. They may as well close it down. Wasted tax funds for holding that URL. i do not wish to pay for the IT staff nor for IT EXPENSES."
