"LIFE is hard enough without planning your day and have ups tell me they can't print something for me. How many printers do they have ? One employee said he couldn't print it because he didn't have a password. ( the printer he used to print the first label for me was jammed) I mean, now I have to go to another ups?!!! Yeah, got time for that on my only day off. Thanks ups for NOTHING"
