"Last week the Weather was nice outside and there was no excuse for UPS to tie my Package into my Mailbox with a clear garbage bag. I live on a well traveled road and this could have been stolen. Why couldn't they have parked on the road and walked 600 ft. to my Front porch? There were No dog issues. To me it's called, Laziness!"

"The website clearly states that the operating hours for this location are: Hours: Tuesday 8 AM–6 PM Wednesday 8 AM–6 PM Thursday 8 AM–6 PM Friday 8 AM–6 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed Monday Closed Because my package requires a signature (I work during delivery hours) and I have paid to have it held at this location, my reasonable plan was to pick up my package at 8AM on my way to work, hit the highway and arrive to work on time at 8:30AM. I arrive at the location to discover a very packed and active parking lot designated for customers to pick up packages and a locked door. It's 8:05AM, then 8:15AM, still locked. I called the 800 number and they confirmed an 8:00AM opening time. Finally, someone shows at 8:30AM and I am still on with customer service. I am already late for work! By the time I speak with someone to retrieve my package, I inquire about the incorrect operating hours and the possibility of correcting it to avoid inconvenience to the public. I get a shrug and an "oh well" attitude! UPS used to be much better than FEDEX. Now, it's a train wreck!"
"A number of errors on the part of the receiving destination, shipping store #2493 in Greenville SC and UPS. Sent Feb. 13 to Rochester NY. Receiving location had a name change so package was not delivered. Returned to UPS store on Rt. 14 and Woodruff Rd. They held it for 49 days! Not until I started searching for it did I learn this. They said they called to say it was returned but I have no record of that. My address was on the envelope as the sender. Why wasn’t it returned to me instead of the UPS store where it sat with no attention paid to returning it to me? Cost over $80 to resend overnight. Tax deadline."
