United States Postal Service 891 South Mechanic Street, Pendleton, SC 29670

"The USPS in Pendleton, SC 29670 has the worst service of any post office !!!! We hardly get mail delivered daily , if we do it’s late at night before the mail carrier arrives. We have the USPS app so we know what is suppose to be delivered . It takes many days before it arrives !!! We all on our street go to The Pendleton USPS to inquire what’s going on with mail delivery all we get is excuses… either our ma deliver person is out sick or on vacation. They have no one to take her mail route !! Totally baloney !!!!"

"All I can say is that I've had several issues with this post office and the latest being that they lost my package and told me they couldn't doing anything about it and to make the same purchase again. As if them losing my medicated corrective lens that I paid out of pocket for wasn't bad enough but they turn around and tell me to order them again. I'm like what for so you can lose my package again"

"The staff was helpful, though I will say a little on the rude side. And the Saturday hours are very limiting. 10-11am, one hour seems very short for a Saturday. It does have an easy to access location with ample parking. So there is that."

"I had an incredibly undesirable experience at this location. I sell clothing on Ebay and was sending an item to a buyer in Arizona, business as Usual. I dropped the item off at this location only to have it returned to my address a couple days later. Upon returning to the post office, I was told by Damien that I would have to pay for postage again although it was their fault the item was sent back to my apartment. I will be avoiding this location at all costs in the future."
