"Rhonda, clerk #4 was the best. Went in after missing my appointment for a passport application, figured it was going to be a problem. They understood completely and took care of me. Nice and friendly. Thanks Ms. Rhonda, you're the best. Ron"
"Let me tell you how Rhonda helped my family far more than just doing her job but actually searching they hundreds of letters for 1 very important parcel that was needed desperately by my family... If every post office had 1 Rhonda working in it the public would have a much better opinion of the past office...I finally got a minute to write this review for the experience I received February 16 2023... Please hire more Rhonda's"
"The ladies at the Walhalla Post Office are always extremely helpful and have been for the past 20 years that I've been dealing with them. This job is very demanding and they are truly understaffed. Unfortunately they are required to work for the federal government which must be terrible alone. I need there help often and they always go above and beyond to handle my issues. 5 stars!"
"Pretty irritated about the fact that it was pouring rain and the mail lady decided to leave our mail on the porch with no cover. She made the effort to get out of her car and bring it to the house, but left it on the last step so it was still being hit with rain. Seems pretty spiteful to me. God forbid any of our mail was important that day, we would not have known since it was destroyed by the water. Not to mention, my husband ordered a camera and she left the package out as well. The box was destroyed but luckily the camera was not. I understand being in a rush because you do not want to get wet but you chose this profession and the public trusts you with our mail."
"I’m so sick of this post office marking my packages as “delivered” knowing good and well they haven’t delivered them and I won’t get them for another 3 days. I’ve called up there so many times and she basically said “So what do you want me to do about it? We’re short staffed”. Well OK first off don’t lie about the delivery so your numbers are in line."
