"I pawned a SR40 that I had for years with them and she did not tell me that I have to do a background check to get it back they actually kept my gun and now they’re going to sell it for more than what they gave to me and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it but she did not disclose to me that I have to do a background check to get my gun back that I’ve had for years they are not right they are crooks rose is her name. Seeing that it was not my fault I think they should’ve gave me my gun back because she did not disclose to me the procedure for pawning a firearm."

"The staff and management are rude and demeaning. While I was at my car unloading a drumset to get appraised, my girlfriend was berated and humilated by the store manager seconds after she walked inside. In front of a dozen other customers and employees, the manager demanded she leave, that he didn't want her kind of business. Her "crime?" Another customer asked her about the guitar she brought inside to pawn, and I guess he thought she was trying to sell it inside his store? She has never been kicked out of a store before, and the whole situation rattled her so badly, she cried all the way home. Avoid this business."

"I came to this store with my husband after Reggie called him to come in and look at a large diamond necklace he thought we would like. Let me start by saying Reggie is awesome, and this rating has nothing to do with the customer service we received from him. Would rate him 10 stars if I could, and we have spent alot of our savings with Cash America Pawn. On the other hand, their new store manager Steve is a complete disgrace to the world of customer service. We tried several times having small talk with him and received nothing but rudeness and sarcasm in response. I have never been treated this badly in my many visits to any Cash America Pawn. His attitude was so disgraceful to me that I told my husband forget about the $5000 necklace, I dont even want it anymore. If it wasn't for the great service we receive from the rest of the team, my husband or myself would never step foot in this location again while this JOKE of a "store manager" is within 100 feet of the building. Who hired this clown?! This is no way to run a professional business, especially when there are so many other places we can shop at and actually be treated like human beings and not pieces of trash on the sidewalk. Maybe Steve doesn't appreciate customers shopping with his store and spending their hard earned money. Thanks again, Reggie. Keep up the great customer service, and please don't follow your superiors bad example."
