So I get up go outside and walk all the way up to my fence I'm looking right at her she doesn't say anything acknowledge that I'm there or nothing.. I was like well maybe she didnt mean to blow it she sat there a minute put my mail in my mailbox and just drove off ight past me.. I go get my mail and there's a sorry we missed you delivery thing stuck to one envelope said it required a signature no one was available.. I went all the to my fence she went right pass me.. they said it wasn't available for redelivery..SMH"
"I normally mail 1 or 2 things a week out of this post office because it's close to my house and I've always had good interactions with Rodger. This morning I was greeted by a short, chubby, apathetic woman who couldn't be bothered to think outside the box or be helpful. Bless her heart."
"Mail delivery is a bit inconsistent (receiving my neighbors mail) but worse than that is my terrible experience with Rhonda at the main counter.. asked her for some "pretty stamps" and you'd think I asked her for the moon! She does not reflect the usual kind service that I normally receive at this location (Travelers Rest, SC.) Hope I never get her again to assist me. She should not be at your front counter dealing with the public."
