"Absolutely top notch service. We had two other services cancel, one of them at the last minute. This client absolutely needed transport to the doctor and is medically fragile. Tony at Bowers took the call, worked his tail off to get all of the ducks in a row, Brandy expedited dispatch and stayed in constant contact, and were able to serve our client on same day notice. The medics on board were intelligent, highly trained, and great at their jobs. Absolutely will only use Bowers going forward."

"I have several health issues and on 10-30 after consulting with my doctors office for extremely high blood pressure and heart rate they suggested I go to the ER. I called Bowers and even agreed to wait 30 minutes for them. Upon their arrival I was given the 3rd degree about what an ER was about. They told me that my issues needed to be taken care by a doctor. They told me that the ER was for only acute emergencies. I knew then that they didn't really want to transport me to the ER, even as they still drilled me about the ER. I then just asked them to leave. As a formal law enforcement officer who has worked with many EMT's, these two EMT's with Bowers over stepped their boundaries as what an EMT is to do. I will never use Bowers again because of the attitude of these two young EMT's who tried to play doctor and to tell me if I needed to go to the ER or not. I was just following my doctors order and their response was, "They always say that""
