FedEx Drop Box

The FedEx Drop Box located at 614 North Main Street in Greer, South Carolina, offers 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. Customers can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days. Various package sizes are accepted, with boxes up to 20" x 12" x 6" permitted.

Drop-off times may vary by location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options. Customers can create shipping labels online or fill out airbills using their FedEx account number. Cash, check, and credit card payments are not accepted at drop box locations.

In addition to drop boxes, FedEx also has nationwide FedEx Office locations offering packing and shipping services, as well as FedEx Ship Centers with late hours and the ability to ship hazardous goods. Customers can use FedEx packaging or their own with a FedEx shipping label, but packages should not be left outside the drop box.
