Reviews
"Been going to this store for 7 years, it is horrible. Customer no- service is always rude and not helpful. Wish they would close and build a nice one, like the one on Limestone. Poor Management."
"I love this store and the managers/employees. However it would be awesome if they could clean up the area where milk is stored. I've brought mold into my refrigerator because of it. Be careful when choosing milk. I got a 2 year old that I don't need getting sick from this."
"The worst customer service during the Night Shift. I literally have never had this experience here before. Joshua is normally working and is always so helpful. However, this time Christie was working customer self checkout and was very rude when I was trying to gain information on their policy when it comes to accepting drivers license via cell phone. Georgia has mandated this as a law now but Christie and some other girl were very rude to me when I tried to show them my ID. They didn’t even look at it or give me any sort of clarification. The other girl even told me “ma’am I’m not going to pull out a policy book for you we aren’t taking it.” I suggested they put signs up to let other customers know because again, this is a state law and acts as an actual ID. This caused the one girl to get an attitude. The thing that really bugged me is the way they were talking to me. I’m a reasonable person and I get it, I work in customer service, but that entire experience was WOW. Definitely need some training done in this store. And if you guys don’t take a valid Georgia license via state laws, then your policy should be clear to the customers."
"Very friendly shopping experience with friendly employees to help you with anything you may need. An employee named Wyatt helped me out to my car my last visit, and he was very kind and generous and made sure all my needs were met!"
