"Please explain to me why this location is almost ALWAYS out of stock. How does a smoothie king keep running out of straws? Cups? Fruit? Ice cream? It’s always something. And if they have all of the ingredients, chances are they don’t have any change if you are paying with cash. (Which you are only notified of after ordering) I ordered a 40oz Hulk online today and when I picked it up it was only 3/4 full and they were out of straws again - only the little ones you can’t even use. And it tasted terrible, it was missing either bananas or ice cream or some other ingredient/ingredients. It tasted like ice and protein powder. They were clearly out of something but served it to me anyway and didn’t say a word. This location is right beside my job and that’s the ONLY reason I go there…but it’s so bad that I’m about to stop going completely. Whoever is in charge needs to learn how to keep an inventory. It’s ridiculous. And lastly, don’t count on them to be open on time. Give them at least an extra 30 minutes to open the door."
"I wouldn't recommend adding peanut butter unless you want a smoothie completely filled with peanut butter. I ordered a smoothie with banana in it and it tasted rotten. Not up to standard with other smoothie kings. Definitely needs some work with quality control."
"In the words of Kevin Samuel's "You can't make this **it up". So if you have a sign posted to refrain from cell phone usage while ordering, but your own employees are on their personal cell phones talking to whomever while working, the word hypocrite is clearly understated. The crazy part is the employee knew one of the customer's who she allowed to add her personal flax seed to the smoothie she ordered, then asked her to leave a good rating on the Google review because she was called out for bringing her child to work the week prior. No greeting, highly unprofessional, and wanted to be praised for terrible work ethic. This is the normal I'm accustomed to in businesses that are supposed to be reputable. The worst part when I stated I was claiming my military discount I immediately pulled my ID to show it as there are many who pose as veterans and service members clearly stolen Valor. The person the employee was on the phone with asked her "did he show you ID" The Nerve of doing all that on the company dollar. I own a business and definitely wouldn't hire her if she was the last person on earth. The management clearly doesn't look at the camera and see this behavior. It's shameful. Need to do better"
"I love this smoothie king!!! Not only are they always fast even when they are jam packed! But ALL of the associates are always very pleasant and nice, Associate by the name of Dee especially! Definitely worth spending my money here"
"I decided to splurge for lunch while at work and decided to order a smoothie for delievery around 11AM. I generally work straight through lunch, so ordering ahead and spending money for delivery is not common at all. I came across a new smoothie bowl filled with fruit and it looked delicious (refer to photo), so i ordered it. The bowl was delivered on time, however it looked nothing like the photo. $22 for a melted bowl of soggy sunken fruit (refer to photo)! I work 5 minutes from the Smoothie King, the bowl should have never left the store like this. Where's the quality control? All in all, I will never order from this Smoothie King again."
