"Easy to find, however the parking lot is under construction & not very clean. The receptionist was kind & customer service friendly. The room prices were compatible with similar hotels in the area however this was a safer choice. The room itself was decent. I would recommend this hotel to a friend."
"We booked 2 rooms to stay overnight. One w/pets on the 1st fl, the other one without pets on the 3rd floor. Both rooms were in good shapes, clean, nice bedsheets to touch, clean towels, toiletries. No bad smell or smth like that. There was no noise from the road.The front service desk clerks we met both were nice (evening/morning shifts). The Breakfast options were decent. The hotel itself looks nice and clean too, leaving good impression. We are planning to book again on our way back."
"I reserved a room from 12/6/23 to 12/9/23 but checked out 12/8/23 and I called to get a refund but I keep getting a story about the manager not being there and he was supposed to call me back yesterday but never called and when I called today a lady tried to make me out as being rude a told me he’ll come in tonight. They keep giving me the run around for my refund. I would never step foot in there again!!! P.S. I just received a call by th GM who said he can’t give me a refund because he said he was told that I left at 5:00 pm when I left at 12 noon. Liars"
"Reservations made eight days before our arrival and the made promises they were never intended to be kept. W/I the eight days I had to confirm and mentioned about the pool they haven't had a inside pool for a while. Their breakfast was a joke - another sucker that said. They also received broken promises about pool, gym, and breakfast. Bad choice on my part."
"I would give it zero stars if I could. The area is sketchy at best, next time I will spend the extra $10 and stay in a nicer area. The place needs upgrades or rebuilt, the staff is unfriendly and could careless about your stay. The other guest (which the hotel have little to do with) are terrible. Our child was trying to sleep, we had drug deals, other screaming children which seemed like for hours and prank calls. The hotel was also dirty, bugs and etc. Usually a big fan of choice hotels, but we will never stay here again. It was so bad, we got up at 1 am and left to go home. Stay away, far away. Update 1/2/2023 Choice Hotels does not care about fixing the issue. Instead they want to blame there customers. As I said stay far away."
