"I originally bought a ring from a different online ring company and they kept changing the center stone because they were selling them to other people and I eventually had to fight for a refund and start from scratch. I worked with Josh in designing both the engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancé, the process was easy and fast, I was worried about running into trouble like I did in the past but Josh was able to design what I was envisioning without me having check up on the process and he kept me updated along the whole process. For the engagement ring I needed it for a fast turn around and he was able to get it to me on time and for the wedding band he had it shipped to my house within 2 weeks! Josh was able to take my budget and make the most of it! The wedding band that Josh designed for us was inspired by a wedding band we saw online and he was able to make a better version that would fit perfectly with the engagement ring for a little bit cheaper then the commercial jewelry store. Overall my fiancé loves her ring and I wouldn’t change a thing about the process and would work with them again bd recommend to everyone!"
