"Over the phone & in person. Raymond was very helpful and empathic to my situation. For 2 years I wore this Sterling Silver Cross every day. I attempted to clean it with baking soda & hot water. To my horror, it immediately appeared WORSE & tarnished/burnt on the back of the cross. Raymond assured me he was confident he could clean it up and did a fantastic job! Raymond is well-versed in his work. He is extraordinarily generous and provides a great service. I pray for him & his business. Christ Has Risen!"
