Reviews
"I've done business with Driggers for years. They always have an excellent stock of parts and equipment, but that's not the reason for my review today. Today, I'd like to call attention to the general attitude of kindness I've found at Driggers. When I pulled into Driggers this morning, I had the displeasure of an audible hissing from my rear tire. Apparently, within a few hundred yards of their parking lot, I picked up a fairly large nail in my tire. When I told Bruce about my dilemma, he quickly stepped up to help get me on my way. He had my tire plugged and the young man in the shop had me reinflated and ready to go in no time. I don't know everyone by name, but Tyler and Bruce have always been courteous and helpful. Each and every employee at Driggers has this same attitude of kindness. In today's world, kindness seems harder to find. Thank you Bruce."

I promise you , You will not regret it!!! GREAT JOB GUYS AND GALS!!!"
"Been doing business with Driggers Small Engine for almost 10yrs. Their staff is approachable, knowledgeable, and provide great customer service. From parts and sales, repairs, and the financial service department. Very rare nowadays you get the “family quality” product and service from such a large provider for the greater Charleston area."
"I was in the market for my first zero turn for my 3/4-acre yard and was comparing everything at HD and Lowes until I came across Driggers on the web. I liked the website and decided to see for myself and spoke with Bruce. I quickly knew he knew all about mowers and was giving me sound advice without pressureing a sale. The Husqvarna Z2 42" Special Edition available on the sales floor had everything I wanted & more with a better price and similar Troy Built, Toro, Club Cadet, John Deere didn’t have fabricated decks, Kawasaki engines, all terrain tires or 15" seats. I financed it for 3 years no interest with next day delivivery. A few weeks later I noticed one at Lowes for $400 more than I paid for mine at Driggers. But wait, here's is a bigger difference in buying from Driggers. Bruce advised me to use Ethanol Free fuel as it doesn’t corrode engine parts over time like unleaded can. Well, I inadvertently got Ethanol 85 by failing to pay attention to detail at the gas station and after filling up when the full tank it was delivered with ran out, the mower wouldn't start. I didn't know what the issue was at the time, so I called Bruce and he sent someone to pick it up, bring it back to the shop, diagnosed the issue, drained the bad fuel, and had it redelivered to me within a few hours - for no charge. Thank you, again, Bruce! Later I decided I wanted to upgrade my battery powered chainsaw to a gas model as it wasn't cutting it, no pun intended. I didn't consider going anywhere else but Driggers. I had never owned a gas-powered chainsaw before, but I already knew I wanted a Stihl, so I came in to compare all the models. I was comparing three models in the same price range, so I asked for help and Chris L answered all my questions. He explained the differences between the models, gave me pros and cons and great advice not only from a professional standpoint, but as an expierienced user. I ended up choosing the MS 250 based on his advice and after the sale Chris took the time to walk me through the starting process, how to mix the 2 stroke fuel, importance of bar oil, installing the chain, things to watch out for, storage, and good safety advice. I had a 14" tree to cut down in the yard that split into two trucks about 2 feet off the ground. I had spent an hour felling the smaller trunked half with my 14” battery chainsaw which would barely get through the bark, so I went at it with a Sawzall and an ax with the ax doing the lion share of the work. I knew there would be no way I could cut the stump down either. The MS 250 felled the bigger trunk about 30 seconds with three quick cuts like a hot knife through butter then I went to work on the stump. After digging out a few inches of dirt around the stump so I didn't get the chain dirty I sliced it down like a deli meat slicer and I felt like I had beheaded Mussolini when I glided through the bottom of that stump, and it slid off on the ground. Then I noticed the chain was hanging off and remembered what Chris had told me about retensioning a new chain especially on a new one that's not broken in. Unbeknownst to me at the time, it had damaged two chain teeth and pinched the grove on the bar when it came off. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the chain back on and couldn’t because of the damage I didn’t know about, so I called the shop and was assisted by Hunter. After a few minutes we realized I needed to bring it back to the shop and he showed me the damage that was preventing the chain from sliding into the bar. Driggers gave me another chain and fixed the bar for me right there on the spot. Free of charge. Don't waste your time and money anywhere else. The people at Driggers are professionals who know what they are talking about and provide great customer service. To Bruce, Chris, Hunter, and team - thank you. I’ll be back when I’m ready to upgrade my old string trimmer and hedge shears into the new Kombi system I’m now dreaming about."
"I had a fantastic service and repair experience at Driggers this morning. The gentlemen at the counter went above and beyond to fix my blower despite it not being in their usual repair scope. I appreciated their care, patience, and willingness to help solve the problem. Highly recommend!"
