"Good people to work with and for"
"I called Total for a load. The dispatcher tells me that she can't give me a load because I had already canceled a load in the past. I tried to explain to him that my load from Canada had been cancelled. So no traveling to the USA to pick up his load. I have been a good carrier in this industry for over 35 years. (On the black list with Total) I can't understand how a transport company doesn't understand that anything can happen on the road. I try to explain but nothing to do, totally stubborn, I have done trips for them in the past without problems. I try to email Janae for more explanation but no response from her. When I had to cancel my load I called immediately to warn him. Very irresponsible of them. THANKS"
