"Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but Hank at the Greenacres, Ace Hardware is awesome. I went to two different Home Depot‘s and Lowe’s. Looking for a specific bolt and nobody there had any clue what I was talking about. I arrived at the store a couple minutes before they actually opened and he was kind enough to let me in a little bit early. I showed him what I had left of the bolt and he took me right over to it, he didn’t have to look at his phone to see what aisle it was on, or have me searching the store. It’s so awesome that there are still stores around where people actually know where the items are! And not on their phones and pointing saying oh, I think it’s over there and having you search. "First place I go when I need almost anything. Prices are good, selection is great, service is always fantastic. In and out in a couple of minutes, and it's not necessary to buy hardware items in the inconvenient pre-packaged quantities that they force you to buy at the other places. If you need 4 screws, you aren't forced to buy 2 pkgs of 3, etc. They also have a limited selection of lumber, at competitive prices."
