"Just like to say JaJuan Webb a driver and deliverer of my boxes was awesome! Very professional, quick and polite. I have a very small parking lot and his truck had to stay in the street. I have a very steep driveway and JaJuan had to push the pallet up the hill and he did it with ease."

"We had a driver show up today with a delivery. I asked the driver who the shipment was from and he told someone he was on the phone with that he was owed $50 since we asked that question. Driver told me he was just the driver. We figured out who the order was from and the order acknowledgement said that a lift gate was required. The driver said he did not have a lift gate. Due to no lift gate, the delivery had to be taken across the street to our yard. When I explained this to the driver, he rolled his eyes at me and walked out. I am extremely disappointed with his attitude, this is not a way to win our business."

"Received a shipment yesterday and Mike, the driver, went the extra mile with the order and did a fantastic job with the delivery! I know the drivers don't get the praise they deserve so I wanted to make sure that Mike got the appreciation he deserved! He can deliver to B & M Pool Spa & Patio everytime!!!!"
