"12pm Store not open, doors locked & no sign showing they wouldn't be open. My 3 daughters were only interested in coming to this store in the entire outlet. I should have read previous comments stating this is a recurring issue for this location. How can you even operate a business like this?"

"My 8 yr old daughter and I rode our bikes up to shop at Claire's and they were closed at 2:00pm. We stayed for 45mins because my daughter was hell-bent on purchasing some earrings and headbands, but they are still closed for some reason. There must have been 8-10 groups of people trying to get in the store while we were waiting. Very disappointing. I know they are hiring, but maybe pay your employees more and you'll have better/more help."

"Glad I only needed to buy gift cards. Had to look around for an associate. No welcome. No greeting. After she rang up my purchase she just handed me the gift cards. I had to ask for a small shopping bag which she handed to me. I thanked her for the bag but had to put the gift cards in it myself. Then she just walked away. Poor customer service experience."

"One worker here is very rude. Everytime I go in there she acts like I’m bothering her. She makes snarky remarks, raises her eyebrows and rolls her eyes when you talk to her/ask her a question, and is overall very snooty with an attitude. I don’t know her name but she seems to be the manager or shift lead. She’s even been rude to the young lady that is working with her at times. I love Claire’s but she really does ruin a good evening whenever I go in there. They need customer service training here badly. I would usually blame it on a bad day but every day must be a bad day for her. To work in a store like Claire’s that targets young girls, you need a better attitude. Go get a job that doesn’t require customer service skills if you can’t provide it. I usually don’t complain but this is ridiculous. I would not recommend getting your ears pierced by her or even stepping foot in this Claire’s with this woman’s attitude."
