"Anatomy of how to lose a return customer: Charge your paying customer a top tier price that equates to roughly 1/3 of the cost of a brand new unit. When the scheduled repairs fail due to faulty installation- just tell the paying customer it is their fault because they mowed wet grass. Now go ahead and charge them again to fix the faulty work. When the customer returns for the 3rd time - (because they screwed it up twice) the GM of the operation should just ignore the customer. He can't say he was unaware...he was standing 5ft away from me discussing the issue with the parts manager. The offer for a free oil change and free blades "NEXT TIME" is comical at best. And there you go! No more pesky return customers! It's sad that we have to resort to social media outlets. But this is the world we live in now."
