"I walked in the store no one was greeting customers. 1 male associate was at a computer helping a customer, so I walked to the aisle with the car light bulbs on it. I had to use my phone to look up the bulb my car needed because there were no other workers in sight. Then I walked to the aisle with the windshield wipers. I tried to use my phone to get the correct wiper I needed, but I really couldn't understand which size I needed. A lady walked past me & I asked her for help, she said she couldn't help me. But she worked there. By this time the male associate was through helping the customer & he didn't offer to help, he stayed behind the counter. So I went to the counter with what I thought was the correct wiper blade, I asked him if he could check it for me because I was trying to use my phone. He informed me I had the wrong blade but never came from behind the counter to assist me. So I got frustrated & just went back to the counter with my light bulbs. Then he asked me was I getting the wiper blade & I told him no because I couldn't get any help. Now as I'm talking to him a lady from behind the counter steps out & just started yelling at me, saying she heard everything & that the he did try to help me. How, he never left from behind the counter. Poor, rude customer service. She told me, she didn't need my money & to not come back in her store again, like she was hurting me with all the auto parts stores we have here. And all because I told them I was a store manager and their customer service was horrible & that she didn't care until she heard me telling the man, I couldn't get any help. Do not go to the Asheville Hwy location if you need help finding a part because you will not get any help."
