"Store hours on Google, the front door, and the voicemail that picks up says 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday. I spoke with someone today 7-13-22 and said I’d be there to pick up my ring, I asked what time you will be open until today. I was told 5 PM. At 4:23 the doors were shut lights off and I went out of my way for nothing. I don’t appreciate it. You need to stick to your hours, or adjust them on your voicemail, your front door, and Google. Thank you"

"Not real thrilled with this custom job. Bent misshapen, and poorly soldered jump rings, fire scale all over, and tool marks from the flexishaft rotary tool. I was told it would be lasered, but laser soldering doesn't leave fire scale. Very poor workmanship, Three stars instead of one because they have some unique and pretty pieces. Just don't get any custom work done."
