MVP Granite Countertops

"My kitchen sink has fallen down after almost of 2 years of living in my new home. It appears they used the minmal amount of supports for the sink and used a basic silicone to attach to the granite counter top. Called and explained my problem to Sherri and she immediately knew of the problem almost as if they have had this issue before when they’ve installed the sink. She said they use a different adhesive that is much stronger. I then was told it was going to be 250 to rehang the sink. This should be covered under your warranty where this has obviously happened before."

"[UPDATE] So far so good. We walked in to ask some questions and a nice man stopped what he was doing to answer. Without an appointment, he set us up with Gina, who helped us select a suitable countertop, gave us an estimate based on our measurements, then scheduled an appointment for the proper measurements to be taken. We'll know more as we move forward. Randy came by to get measurements. His attention to detail impressed us. When we showed him a picture of the sinks we ordered, he asked for us to bring them in once we received them, "because they may need to be inset into the top." We hadn't noticed that and he was not obligated to mention it. I am impressed. I will update again once the installation occurs."
