"ALERT..ALERT..STAY AWAY FROM THESE TIMESHARE SCAMS. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE OUR TIME SHARE PROPERTY WITHIN THE LAST 4 to 5 years. Never stay at the property…EVER!! The interest rate is Ridiculous. Stay away from Vacation play as well, they are associated with them as well. How do they live with themselves? They charge 15% daily additional to your monthly payment. I REPEAT..do not Buy!!!"

"This company is nothing but false hopes and SCAMS!! they rush you through make you sign papers fast and lie to you about your property and time share. I have been trying for 2 years to get out of this mess and they won't respond. DON'T fall for their lies and scam! I could go on and on about this company how wrong this is and all the money I put in and haven't taken one trip in 4 years nor ever seen the property I so called own in Hilton Head. Still in the process of legal matters trying to get out of this contract and get my money back. Very very stressful."

"So we purchased a timeshare from Coral Resorts last October. We was told that we got two weeks a year with a bonus third week if we purchased then. Was also told that being a "owner" meant that Coral would always have a room for us. Well guess what, it's all a lie. $2400 a year in payments won't get me a room until 2018. I can't believe that the lies presented to us can leave anyone working at Coral feeling good about themselves. I would be afraid to work as a salesman and run into someone that bought from them. I will be booking a vacation at Hilton Head this summer at a competitors location and I will definitely be making a visit to the sales office. What a bunch of crooks. Don't know how these people sleep at night. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS...."

"First of all the person who sold us the timeshare promised that the first year maintenance fees would be taken care of. We received a past due notice in the mail. When I called to try to speak with the person who sold us the property I got a voice-mail and never a return call from either of those two men. A lady called me back and was very rude and kept talking over me and when I gave my husband the phone she asked why I kept handing the phone to him?! Really?? It's none of your business lady! We are contacting the lawyer tomorrow who is handling their open lawsuits they have against them. Needless to say we are getting rid of this thing as quickly as possible! Do not believe the salesmen they are just out to make a buck!!!"

"Lousiest time share I've ever attended. Salesperson kept trailing off and every time I had a question about the numbers they had a different answer, and of course had an attitude when we decided against the purchase. The properties are beautiful and if it wasn't so shady I would have bought into it, but something just isn't right with the whole program. We got lured in with the promise of vacation vouchers and a dining card and what we got was a redemptive offer that would cost 300 to use anyway AND a glorified coupon book. Total waste of time, don't fall for their ruse."
