"Do not purchase a monthly car wash pass from Refuel. I tried to sign up for monthly car wash at the wash machine in west Ashley. My card got charged but it signed me up under someone else’s name and license plate number. I can’t use the wash. I’ve emailed them 3 times and called the corporate office at least twice and only getting the runaround. Nobody will help me. The car wash part of their website to manage my plan is always not working. And I could not cancel from the kiosk or even use the wash when I went back. I should not have to pay 19.99 for something I can’t get and then be charged again every month for something I can’t get nor cancel because of their deficiencies. I finally resorted to filing a disputed charge w my bank. It’s ridiculous that they are running this scam on car washes!!!"
