"I had been going here for about 8 years for various products. On a recent trip, I saw several bags of fertilizer that were duct taped on the bottom. I didn't realize that they gave me one of them until I got home. While there may have been less product in the bag than there was supposed to be, the main problem was that a hole in the bag allows humidity and moisture to get in. This made the entire bag full of clumpy chunks that clogged up my spreader. I emailed them to make them aware of the situation so they didn't sell any of the other bags to people. They didn't even respond to apologize, much less offer a refund for what ended up being a useless bag of 15-0-15. There are many other options available, and many of them are cheaper, so I'll be doing business with someone who actually cares about having my business."

"4-20-2018. Went in today looking for something for my shrubs and for moles. Both employs behind the counter had a bad attitude, If you don't know exactly what kind of shrubs you have don't expect much help. Lord help you if you do make a purchase then try to return it for a refund,, yes I did get my refund but the attitude i got with it was not good customer relations. The average home owner comes to you looking for help, f you can't supply him with that maybe you should find another job. My next purchase will come a hardware store or Lowe's."

"This place is pretty amazing. My relatively new lawn, that had done very well for its first 14 months, all the sudden started turning yellow very quickly. I took a strand in, and within 90 seconds of showing it to the gentleman there, he was dropping a bag of pesticide into the back of my car. They told me exactly how to apply it, and within two days my lawn had already started looking greener. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were."
