"I visited Vitoria in Charleston when I was searching for a replacement kitchen countertop. The sales person was helpful and the warehouse was very clean and organized with many different stone slabs to choose from. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!"

"Super bummed with this business. Saw some marble slabs that we wanted to view, as we need 3-4 for our house were finishing up with. Had them placed on a hold so we could make the 4 hour drive in. Spoke to them on Friday Feb 10th at 2:30 pm to confirm the hold an that we would be in the next morning as saturdays are half days. My wife and I drove down and got a hotel and arrived there at 8:30 am only to find that the slab we were told was on hold for us, had been put on hold for a local designer and was no longer available. Then they offered others for us to look at. This was a classic example of bait and switch as they knew we were traveling in specifically for this. 8 hours of driving wasted and a hotel room. My advice if you decide to go there is don't assume they will hold it even if you confirm its held. We decided to do business elsewhere."

"CAUTION. We purchased 3 slabs of quartzite which is not suppose to scratch or etch and our selection did both. If you don’t want your countertops to etch, stay with granite or have an independent stone expert verify that your quartzite selection is 100% quartzite and will not etch. Option 2 is to pay extra $$$ and have an epoxy coating placed over the stone surface. We loved the look of our stone so rather than tear out all the false quartzite, we went with Option 2 provided by a different company."
