"I live on the other end of town but like to stop by when I'm nearby. The last 2 times, the customer service has been really bad. No one acknowledges you. It seems like you're invisible. We were just standing at the food counter for over 5 minutes. I had to call out to the back before the guy even acknowledged us. Then, he was a bit short with us as if placing an order for food was an inconvenience. Then, we find out what we wanted wasn't available. No signs saying otherwise. Cashiers, stockers, all of them make you feel like you're interrupting their day."

"I went to Earth Fare for the first time today, about 1:00 p.m. Among the items I purchased was the Sunny Creek organic crunchy mix bean sprouts. This afternoon at 5:00 p.m. I opened it for dinner and found mold in it. When I called the store I was directed to their customer service which was a voicemail box, twice. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product and the quality of their service. My only recourse seems to be to throw this away and never return to their store. I probably wouldn't anyway since the checkout people talked to each other, over and around me, never looked at me, never spoke to me, as if I wasn't there, from the time I approached their check out to the time I walked out of the store. Overall a really disappointing experience."

"Best place ever. They are cheaper then Publix and Harris Teeter on many fruits and veggies. They also have a better selection on the more rare grocery items. There meat department is stellar quality. Take it from me. This place is amazing!!!"

"My new favorite spot. They offer 3$ burgers from 12-3 on Sundays. Genius! I spent 85$ at a grocery store that I typically would’ve spent at Publix just because of this offering. Hope this never goes away. Everything in the picture attached was 8.25!! Can’t beat those prices for organic grass fed meat and fresh ingredients. Has a Trader Joe’s vibe to it, friendly local employees who seem like they’ve been there awhile and are happy and helpful. Plenty of unique offerings compared to your local store but still have all the basic staples you need. Not overly priced like you’d expect for an organic grocery store (looking at you Whole Foods). Probably found my new staple grocery store with this place. Only minor adjustment would be to have someone to help with these cheese area, impressive array of cheeses and having someone standing there to help you pick out the right stuff could be helpful."
