"The lady when I bought jewelry said I would be able to return, but when I tried to return, another lady told me that I can't. Worst place ever"

"Went to Claire's to get our ears pierced. We were told they wouldn't be piercing for another 30 minutes, and it was first come first served when they do start piercing. We arrived back 30 minutes later and saw two people ahead of us. We patiently waited and browsed the store. We were called up and even made it to the chair only to have Assistant Manager Charity tell us we had been bumped to the back because a4 month old baby needed their ears pierced. She tried telling me they had arrived first but the lady, her guy, and the 4 children all made their presence known when entering the store. They even interrupted the young lady piercing someone's ears to ask questions. THE WORLD IS FULL OF KAREN'S AND IT'S BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE CHARITY GIVING INTO THEM. It was clear the customer was going to do this walking up the the register several times to say she was there first. I'll happily return when Charity apologizes for her error. Until then, keep your buy 3 get 3 frees."

"Took my 5 year old to get her ars pierced for her birthday. I had called ahead and asked for a double piercing so both ears could be done at once, I missed one of the girls by about 30 min, but the girl we had was awesome. GRAYSON was absolutely fabulous with my daughter (who chose to get one ear done at a time)! She answered all of our questions, had to go to the back to look for products several times, and made sure that both mom and daughter were happy. Grayson was so good my daughter didnt cry (just mom) after having either ear done. She was quick with the mirror to distract her! Very seriously considering getting my second hole done by her in the near future!"

"Went in on Sunday to get my daughter's ears pierced. Thought it would be easier to get them both done at once but boy was I wrong. One girl waited after the count down and poked my daughter and the earring only pierced the front. After the second go wrong it supposedly went through yet she couldn't get the hook on. The other girl came and put the hook on yet the earring poked through the front if my daughter's ear. Here it is Tuesday and what do you know. There's no hook and the earring is still poking out. I checked the back of her ear and can see the indentation from the hook and what looks like two separate holes in the back of my daughter's ear. I have contacted them but haven't heard back yet. I'd hate if they don't fix this issue in time. Not wanting to get it repierced right away because I know it's still sore from the first two attempts. I'm highly upset. All that money for those ugly earrings and here she is a with only one ear pierced. Oh and no my baby didn't snatch it out. She haven't realized their there yet. Had I researched the web beforehand I would have never went to Claire's."
