"Hubby got an unexpected Christmas gift of a Hero magnetic bracelet from his daughter in California. It needed to have 3 links taken out. I remembered stopping there during Covid and they were so nice. So I stopped by and they were finishing up with a couple of other customers and greeted me when I walked in the door. I explained the situation and they were more than happy to help. I did have to leave it but it was done very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. Their price for the work was perfect although I was prepared to pay more. It is so nice to have a local jeweler that can actually do the work quickly instead of the other options of always than having to wait 2 weeks for it to be sent to Greenville.
