"THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I brought a ring in to them that I inherited to be sized to fit me. Shortly after I picked up the ring one of the stones fell out. I took the ring back and had the missing stone replaced and asked them to check all the other stones and make sure they were secured. When I picked up the ring I was assured that all the stones had been checked and made secure. It has been a few months and one of the “secured” stones fell out again. When I took the ring back I was given an estimate of $180 to replace the stone that had been “secured “. When I was told the stones had been secured I expected them to stand behind their work and replace the stone at their expense. Let’s face it, it probably would have cost it about half or less to honor their workmanship. But instead they are losing a customer of some years. Find a different jeweler to do your business with."

"I'll start by saying the final product of the two rings I took for repair is great. Customer service was BAD! I dropped off two rings, one for sizing and one for soldering. I asked for pricing but they could not tell me because the jeweler wasn't there. They said sizing one ring would be $64 which I agreed to. That was the wrong quote apparently. When I received a call the next day they said the quote was $220 for all. I asked them not to repair the wedding band because I could take it to the original place of purchase for a better deal. WELL, they had already repaired the wedding band. Not sure why they call it an estimate if they don't actually call before they repair. I was told one to two weeks, but both rings were done the next day. They still charged me $220 but the employees were then discussing charging me $150. It was a mess. The employee asked me over the phone what I thought was a fair deal. I don't work in the jewelry business so how should I know? But I do know I wanted to save some money! I recommend getting clarity on pricing before you leave your jewelry!"

"Greenville Jewelers did a great job for me. I wanted to trade in my old wedding ring's gold and have a new ring created using the existing diamonds. They created a beautiful infinity bezel setting so I would no longer have to worry about broken prongs. Along the way they asked me in to sign off on the design. It turned out to be gorgeous! I was really happy about being involved in the ring's design and the care they took to create a beautiful piece of jewelry. Definitely recommend!"
