"Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands as a set from here 5 years ago. Over the past five years diamonds continue to fall out of each piece. Usually, they replace them and have no issues. However, after this last visit I am done. I sent it in for repairs. I was told 7-10 days. It took over a month to get it back. Now today I pick up the ring it seems okay. Within 2 hours another diamond has fallen out. Do not waste your time here."

But for select people he would've done it so I told him the truth and now I'm not allowed back in the store and that's cool. But what a bad business. For 20 years I gave them money and one time I needed help I was treated with disrespect . Wouldn't recommend. I just got offered 2k for 15k worth of jewelry. I'm getting a lawyer.
