"Went to the Jewelers Box to get my engagement ring resized and have a stone replaced! The owner was able to give me a quote quickly and they had it done the next day! What’s also great is that you can see the craftsman at work in the corner and the security check in at the door! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and affordable fix!"

"Everything went perfect a the Jeweler's Box for my wedding ring upsize resizing. I was greeted at the door by Diego with a smile. He is the master jeweler and provided me with an excellent resizing measurement and then went ahead and gave me an excellent price for his craftsmanship. He finished the resizing in 2 hours!!! This service is unheard of anywhere in the Greenville area.....certainly not available at the large jewelry stores in the area. "I called inquiring about service to have my bands soldered to my wedding ring. I was told the guesstimate price and time frame my repair would take. I ran by on my lunch break. I was impressed with the secured entrance and the fact I needed to alarm doorbell to be given access to entrance. The owner and Jeweler gave excellent customer service. All my questions were answered concerning sizing and comfort. A couple hours later my ring was available for pick up. Same day service with a reasonable fair price.
