"They came on the day promised and the driver was nice but they were several hours later than promised that morning. Also the truck was a disaster when he opened it. Packages falling all over each other, lots of damaged items including mine."

"The absolute worst shipping company on planet earth! I ordered a carbon fiber hood for my car. The site I ordered from requested a pickup from Pilot, and it took them like 19 days just to do that. It gets from Cali to the city closest to where I live and it's just been sitting there for a week. I call them and they just say "I don't know when they'll be in that area." As if delivering my package (that I paid over $300 in shipping for) isn't enough incentive for them. I had to call like 4 times just to get that much info. They are absolute trash and I will never order anything they have to ship EVER AGAIN. 0 stars."

"If I could leave more stars, I would. Super friendly and punctual. Item was set to be delivered on 11/30, arrived at their distribution on either 11/22 or the following day; was delivered on 11/25 in the time window they gave me. The guy that answered my call at the forwarding center was very kind and helpful and the delivery guys were very respectful and efficient. I was pretty worried when I saw the negative reviews, but I had a stellar experience. Well done."

"I ordered a TV from Walmart. Pilot contacted me about delivering the TV. The TV arrived as scheduled. The nightmare began after the delivery. The TV arrived with a hole in the box. The screen was cracked. I set up a return through Pilot. I was given a 4 hour window for when the pick-up would occur. I was also told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to pick-up. I got home an hour earlier than the pick-up time. I found a note on my front door stating they had already came and left. I did not receive a call 30 minutes prior to pick-up. I rescheduled the pick-up. Someone from Pilot called the day of pick-up stating they needed to reschedule pick-up. I rescheduled and was reassured that I would receive a phone call and the driver would arrive within the time fram scheduled. Again, I received no phone call and this time the driver arrived 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Thankfully, I was at home. While all of this was going on I was awaiting a replacement for the TV. I spoke with a lady at Pilot who set up the delivery date and time. On the day of delivery I contacted Pilot to make sure the TV would be delivered. She told me that the TV was not out for delivery, it was not in their warehouse, and she didn’t know where it was. I was most annoyed because no one bothered to let me know via call, text, or email that the TV would not be delivered. I would have sat at home for hours waiting. The lady on the phone became defensive and said I need to call Walmart. I did and cancelled my replacement order. I will NEVER have anything delivered by Pilot again!!!!"
