"I've had many orders delivered to my home which is in a gated community. After giving numerous heads up"you must Go to the main gate of the neighborhood for deliveries" The drivers will not read this ever. They will continue to go to back gates where they cannot get in. They will not call you and say" hey there is an issue". They will just simply drive back home . And after a day of waiting and setting your life aside to get whatever item it is that you have already purchased you will get a phone call where they will say hey gee I'm sorry we did not get your notes that you said to go to the front gate even though on multiple occasions during the purchasing process you point out the fact that you in fact have to go through the front gate to deliver to my house. Nobody's taking notes nobody communicates with each other and we don't get the stuff we bought."

"ZERO STARS!!! I purchased a fence through Lowes on 3/29/23, on 4/19/23 they used a third party company UST Select to deliver the supplies. The delivery driver created black tire marks on our white driveway. After sending videos and photos of before and after. They refuse to remedy the situation or offer a solution. I contacted Lowe's for help and they refused and said I have to reach out to UST for help. I simply want either for them to pressure wash it or pay me so I can have it pressure washed."

"Now, my Amazon special delivery instructs included with all my orders: DO NOT USE “UST SELECT” to deliver my orders. I placed an order with Amazon but rather than an Amazon delivery truck, my order was delivered by UST Select in a rental truck. The driver drove over my stone wall, crushing a third of the wall, spinning the wheels creating a ditch in my lawn while throwing debris onto my garage door. In addition, the heavy truck sheared off a three-foot section of my driveway. After what I went through with UST Select, the following (in summary) was submitted to Andy Jassy, President and CEO of Amazon: After UST Select destroyed my property; then the real nightmare began:. 1. UST Select’s, through their claims division, 98 Ventures, made an offer of $350. 2. I informed UST Select/98 Ventures that I needed to determine the actual cost of repairs and thus, at my expense, and in an effort to be fair, I spent a considerable amount of my time contacting, meeting and gather quotes from three independent companies (I have removed the bidder names in this review): a. $2,000 b. $2,050 c. $2,864 3. Rather than accepting the lowest quote, UST Select/98 Ventures made an offer of $1,600. I was told the amount was a combination of various line items pulled from the two lowest quotes. This would leave me to negotiate an agreement between two separate companies, and if finalized, coordinating a schedule for two companies to complete a project on the same day. (Absurd!) I was given 14 days to accept the offer or they would close the claim. 4. After I rejected UST Select/98 Ventures offer of $1,600 that was based on an unconfirmed solution pulled from two separate companies, UST Select/98 Ventures presented yet another revised proposal to rebuilding my wall “using existing materials”. This proposal made no sense considering a third of the stone from the original wall was destroyed/crushed. This was yet another haphazard proposal, void of any logic and was only an attempt by UST Select/98 Ventures to create a more difficult time for me to gather restitution. 5. I rejected UST Select/98 Ventures’ second offer of $1,600 while stating that it was impossible for anyone to rebuild a wall to the original height and dimension after approximately a third of the original stone was destroyed by the weight of the UST rented truck. 6. UST Select/98 Ventures presented yet another proposal with a new quote amount of $1,900, a difference of $100 from the original lowest bid. Being completely frustrated and upset with what UST Select/98 Ventures had put me through, I accepted the offer, but I will never forget the experience that took months to resolve. After damaging my property, UST Select/98 Ventures create an even more stressful situation. This entire situation has been one of the most unprofessional situations I have experienced. Through all of this, I asked UST Select/98 Ventures’ claims adjustors to have his manager call me. My requests went unanswered for three weeks but finally the manager called me after my repeated calls to the claims adjuster and the lead adjuster. All of this is completely void of any sense of customer service. In the end, UST Select/98 Ventures saved $100 off the lowest of the three quotes. Congratulations! In my letter to Andy Jassy, President & CEO of Amazon, I requested that UST Select, Inc. not deliver products to my home. Now in the Amazon special delivery instructions, I include a statement of the $2,000 damage caused to my property."
