"Absolutely the WORST delivery attempt I have ever experienced. My delivery was scheduled between 1pm and 5pm and the driver never showed up. I called the terminal at 4:45pm and was told that the driver was on his way to make the delivery, I waited until 5:45pm to call back and was told by Scott that the driver should be contacting me because he was 10 minutes away. The driver text and asked if I could meet at a different location so I drove 20 minutes away to the agreed location and waited another hour and 10 minutes. I shared my location with the driver with no response. So at approximately 7:20pm I called the terminal and Scott had left for the evening, the lady that I spoke with on the phone looked up the GPS location of the truck and the driver was pulling back in to the terminal, so this whole time he had been lying about his location since the terminal is approximately 2 hrs away. Still don’t have the product that I ordered. I definitely will NOT be using this company for any of my business transactions."
"This is by far the worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have managed to greatly surpass any bad customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They scheduled a delivery date and time, but never showed. I called the next day and they promised they would locate the shipment and call me by the end of the day. No call. I called and asked if I could pick it up myself, and they said “You are more likely to actually get it that way.” I drove an hour and a half away to pick up, and they said they didn’t have the item. “We will do a dock check.” “We will do a camera check.” Every day for 8 days a promise of a returned call by the end of the day, and zilch. I guess I’m never getting my new front bumper. The worst part about the whole experience is the absolute no cares given by everyone I spoke with. The employees are so used to getting complaints, that they are completely desensitized to upset customers. We are just inconvenient bothersome noises to them all. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called business. This is a great place if you need to ship your ex-wife’s furniture somewhere."
"My Blaze grill was out for delivery 4 times but never made it to me , I contacted the carrier 5 different times and they promised each time it would finally make it to me , never did . I finally contacted the seller through Amazon and gave him a heads up I haven't received my product yet he was instrumental in finally getting my grill to me , without his help I never would have gotten my delivery...I would have given them 1 star but the box was not damaged."
"Ordered heavy rubber flooring. Just dumped it in the street in front of my house, blocking the mailbox. No call or anything. It was late so my husband was out of town when it was delivered instead of being home and I cant even lift one of the 9 rolls on the pallet myself. Total joke. No idea how I'm going to get it up to the house."
"Where do I start? How about they delivered my 2200 pound package to the wrong house. They left it in the road, not along side the road, in the road, in the rain. The delivery person had to come back and RE-deliver to the right address this time. But he couldn’t lift it. So the dispatcher Scott told him to call me so I could load it in my “car”. 2200 pounds in my car!?!? When I called Scott he said I should go help his driver load the truck. When I got there my entire order was laying in the street in the rain. The driver was literally throwing my items in the truck. I cut my hand trying to help load his truck. Scott said he couldn’t send anyone to help. What a gross company. Thank God the person who’s driveway they dumped my equipment in didn’t have an emergency, as you can see in the pictures they wouldn’t be able to leave their home."
