"I was offered this company through LOWES for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Since everything else had gone well, I didn't think twice about it. I trusted my LOWES designer that I would be pleased with the product. Well, not even 6 months later, my quartz countertop is chipping around the sink area. Just normal use of the kitchen I suppose.....I have no idea why it's chipping. $4,000 later I am regretting ever going with this company. RUN do not walk away. They do not stand by their product. They offered to send someone out to repaired the chipping for $250. No thank you!"

"Avoid them if you can! Lowe’s Hardware chose this company to install granite countertops for me at a price of over $8700. Here is how their business works: Lowe’s gives them money for parts and labor and Real Deal Countertops then finds the cheapest non-English speaking installers to do the job. The language barrier made it impossible to ask questions and get instructions for the next steps in the process. During the disassembly and installation the workers took paint and drywall off the walls, left some corners misaligned, and left obvious streaks of calk. We told the company about it and they sent a representative to inspect. The company then sent the same non-English speaking people to repair the damage, align the corners, and take the calk off. The workers actually managed to make the damage to the drywall worse and also did not remove the calk line they were asked to. At least the corners are correct now. I will fix the damage myself and repaint my kitchen and bathrooms, which I wanted to avoid. I cannot express my disappointment and the feeling of being taken advantage of by these crooks enough. The many recent 1 star reviews should have been a red flag. Avoid them! Edit: added photos"

"We were in touch with this company when Lowe’s didn’t have a product promised. We were encouraged by the company it would be fine to cancel the order with Lowe’s and order new with their company direct for new product. When we were able to do this the week our kitchen cabinets came in I called the Summerville showroom phone that typically a young woman answered but did not , I left a voice mail and then after no response that day called later the next day to speak with a live person saying someone would call us back, we never had anyone from this company bother returning a call to us just to simply place our order. THAT TOLD US ALOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY. We had to find a new Company quickly to help us with countertops who DID answer the phones, DID return customer phone calls, then filled a small kitchen with $5000 worth of beautiful BETTER Natural Stone Counter tops. It was a blessing how it worked out were better off. Just thought others should know customer service at this company very questionable. Would Not Recommend Real Deal Counter tops to a friend."

"Walked in this morning to source marble for kitchen, and multiple bathrooms in our new house. When I walked in the girl in the front looked directly at me but didn't say a word. She was with another client but not a "Hello", "Hi, welcome, how are you?" not a "Hold on just one moment, we'll be right with you." Nothing........ It was awkward, but I still waited patiently and even looked around for a few minuets. It was clear she had something else to fix for the client and when she still didn't acknowledge me, I just left. I'm willing to give any business another chance, but I'll be visiting the many other dealers in the area first for sure."
