"sent deposit for repairs to boat house and Dock in the amount of $10,500. in Aug. of 2014. after send ind the deposit my tenant express interest in buying the home, Called and told Davey to hold up on starting the job which he did, he had ordered no material. long story short I have been trying to get some sort of refund. I offered in January to let him make payments if did not have the full amount, He said he didn't need payments and would send check, weeks went by no check, finally i offered to take $6000. He said would mail check that day, no check, called again he said secretary would mail check, 3 week ago. Davey has lied to me time after time, if he dose not have $6000 he should not be biding any jobs, If he has $6000 then the is a liar and a theft. Avoid the nightmare of a half completed job, or a job with overpriced inferior materials from a company in bad financial straights."
