"I haven’t used their servic but seen one of their vans on I 20 zooming in and out of traffic. I even called their dispatch so they can make it right and they hung up on me. I wouldn’t want one of their drivers transporting me or my kids. If you can’t act right on the road you don’t need to be a professional driver."
"I am very surprised at the reviews here for this company and I will explain why with my review. I was recently in South Carolina for a business trip and as I exited the airport this company was waiting to give passengers rides. I met Ben (who I believe is the owner) I'd had a very complicated flight (several cancellations and arrived much later than I anticipated, I was tired and wanted nothing more than to get checked in to my hotel. I was thrilled I didn't have to spend a lot of time searching for a way to get there. Ben was very friendly and talkative and knowledgeable about the city. He delivered me to the hotel and gave me his card (this will be important later) A week later when my conference was over, I inquired with the hotel about taxi rides to the airport. The front desk clerk gave me two to call. (Neither of which was this company) I called the one the night before, made a reservation to be picked up between 8:00 and 8:15, and received the confirmation text... Thought all was good to go. By 8:30 the other taxi company hadn't shown up, I attempted to call them and after 7 or 8 tries finally got a person on the phone, he was rude and unprofessional and told me that they were "extremely busy" and would be an hour to an hour and a half!!! I have a flight to catch don't you think that was WHY I made the reservation AHEAD of time? I told him to cancel the reservation and then had to figure out another way. I called the second taxi company the hotel had given me and was told by that person (she was at least nice and apologetic) that it would be at least 2 hours before she could get someone by. Again, not helpful. While I'm weighing my options (Uber, Lyft) I see Ben's card in my purse -- of course, why didn't I just call him in the first place!!! I wasn't sure he would be able to help me, but I had nothing to lose, so I called. I got his voicemail the first time and didn't leave him a message (still in a bit of a panic mode as I'm trying to get anyone on the phone to assist me) He literally called me back 5 minutes later (caller ID I am assuming) told him who I was and what I needed -- he said he would be there in 5 minutes!! True to his word he was there in that time frame, and I learned that he had left church to get me - he was planning on going home directly after church, but he got my call and came right over! This man is a hero to me, I could not thank him enough for that gesture - when I needed something to happen quickly, he answered that call, and I am happy to report because of him I was able to make my flight in plenty of time - I think I'd still be waiting for the other company to come to pick me up!! I am shocked by the fact that the hotel didn't suggest him and gave me only 2 others - makes me wonder if they aren't in some kind of agreement with one another-- if so if I was the hotel I would quickly drop at least one of them as they are completely and utterly USELESS... if you read their reviews you will see the same negative comments over and over and shame on me for not doing my due diligence the first time - Should I need a ride to and from the airport/hotel next time I'm in Columbia - I will be calling this company only --maybe others who left a bad review didn't have Ben as their driver, but if you do, get him, you won't regret it - he is a class act and a consummate professional!!!"
"It was a van. Not a limosine. We met him at the airport. Never called him but he was there waiting for a customer. When he dropped us off we made plans to have him pick my daughter and I from our hotel the next morning for us to get on the Army base for my son's ceremony and he was a no call no show. Ended up calling Blue Ribbon cab company. They pulled through and saved us before we were late to the ceremony. Got a text message from the no call no show cab that he was very sorry that he over slept. Understandable. Just his loss and anothers gain. He kept texting me how sorry he was and I kept reassuring him everything was okay. It baffled me how much apologizing he was doing. We ended up using the same guy from the Blue Ribbon cab company the rest of the time being because the came through each and everytime. Then it came to my daughter and I needing a ride to the airport. The guy we used most couldnt do it. So I texted the no call no show cab driver. I asked if he could do a 2am pick up and dropoff at the airport for a 5:30am flight. He told me that no personnel will be there til 4am and that I should text him at 10pm and he will "advise" me. I have high anxiety about traveling and wanted to be there early for a reason. I worked customer service for 4 years. You dont talk that way to a customer. Either you take the job or politely decline. This was very unprofessional. Needless to say I called Blue Ribbon and got someone other than the guy we used to drive us. Never texted the guy back and he never shown interest in figuring out why I hadnt texted or apologized again either. This. Company. Is. A. Joke!!! I would rate no stars if I could!"
"Honestly was almost out of luck as a soldier who bent their card after falling at the airport. This company allowed me to call and prepay for my services and answered promptly and kindly. Def recommend!!!!"
"This guy is a thief. I bought a meter for my cab then he ask to see it. He returns with a different older model and tries to pass off that it was the one I bought. He is a creep. Good luck. Also he is proud how he takes people the long way."
