"Great experience at Grayco in Bluffton, SC the other morning! Jeff could not of been more helpful and went out of his way to help me.. I never experienced this level of service any where before! I rarely write reviews but Jeff deserves a huge thank you!! He's a great example of what customer service should be!!!"

"We purchased a deck railing. Once it arrived we decided the design would need to be changed, resulting in a change in materials. We were not allowed to exchange, we had to purchase the new parts and wait a "few days" for our refund. Additionally there would be a restocking fee. The restocking fee turned out to be 25% ($340). The "few days" to get our refund turned into 3 weeks. Several phone calls, emails were not answered. When we presented in person they blamed us for changing the design. Horrible customer service. Will not do business with this establishment again. Highly recommend Espy Lumber for your building material needs."

"Poor customer service. I agree with Glen.... both staff members were disinterested in helping and neither was busy. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that carry what I need, so I must return. If possible, make the extra trip to Espy.... they are extremely helpful."

"Our contractor sent my wife and me in to see about 2 sets of French doors with in-laid glass. The counter attendant seemed disinterested but did explain that they did not have anyone working in that department right now, but if I left my name, my contractor name and my phone number, a manager would call me. Well, it has been more than two weeks and no one has called. When I reported this to my contractor, he indicated that he had heard similar complaints of poor service and attitude from some of his other customers. My wife and I went to ESPY Lumber. They were FANTASTIC!!"

"Customer Service is very lacking and we spent over 30k with the Bluffton store on doors and windows! Never had as much hassle with any other lumber/hardware store and would never recommend them for anything except very small purchases like nails or screws!"
