"I hate to do this but I feel at this point a 1 star review is appropriate. We bought LVP from Phillips for downstairs and upstairs in our home. The floor upstairs was installed by a different company and they did a great job. Downstairs however we used Phillips installers. They had to take up glued down manufactured hardwood before laying the new floor. I insisted on and originally paid for liquid leveler to be used to cover any residual glue from the previous floor. They did NOT use any leveler and now the entire downstairs floor isn’t level on the concrete subfloor. EVERY SINGLE STEP the floor bounces. In the bathroom, the toilet will not seal to the floor due the flooring not being level. I had Trevor come out to look. I had the owner come out to look who also agreed that it was not normal and he wanted the flooring rep of the density XL floor come look at it. Nothing has been done. I spent over $18,000 and wish I would have used ANY OTHER COMPANY for downstairs."

"Getting rid of carpet in bedrooms. Trevor worked hard to help us match to existing laminate vinyl flooring in the rest of the house. It looks fabulous! Family cannot tell that it’s any different. Bill and Zack did an awesome job installing. Very friendly, respectful, and hard working. We do not hesitate to recommend Phillips flooring!"

"Decided it was time to cover my flooring in my kitchen and kitchenette. Visited Phillips Flooring in Rincon. Worked with Trevor to pick out an "easy to care for" product since I'm not a domestic goddess. Trevor measured and ordered the flooring. It arrived early, so installation was this week. Bill and his son Zack worked on the installation. All around a great experience! I hate change of any kind, but from the initial selection to the finished installation, Trevor, Bill and Zack made the experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend them for all your flooring needs."

"Phillips flooring came to my house to do a custom shower and some wood flooring, and wow did they do an excellent job! Mr. Phillips and his crew were very nice and professional, as well as worked pretty late some days to ensure we were done in time for family we had coming into town. 5 stars excellent company to work with would definitely go thru them again for more work!"
