"This Walgreens repeatedly miscommunicates about prescriptions saying they have sent the order but then when we come back they can’t find it. We have had to “send in order” for the same Rx 3 different times. I’m going on 3 weeks without my medication, so we are switching pharmacies. This has happened with other medications. They also do not update their information within the app regularly either. Whomever is the pharmacy manager here really needs to get it figured out."

"Every time I get a couple of my prescriptions filled here it like pulling teeth even my dr is getting really tired of trying to get it done it’s a every month prescriptions So it shouldn’t be a problem back when I lived in Sylvania it was never a problem and all heart medicines are no problem in statesboro it’s just 2 medicines that’s about to make me fine a pharmacy maybe I should drive back to Sylvania every month maybe y’all could get someone from Sylvania to show y’all how to run this place hopefully one day statesboro can get it right but I doubt it"

"This is my go-to pharmacy and I've never had an issue here with the pharmacy or with Fedex dropoffs. i do see a line during busy hours with just one cashier, so I try to go during off hours. The store sometimes won't scan buy one get one specials properly, so you better watch or else. The person I had didn't really care to even go check the shelf to verify the price, so I just paid full price rather than hold up the line. However, most of the staff are pretty good."

"These 5 stars and this review is given to the cashier that appeared to be working the entire store alone, though I know there was at least 1 other employee in the store bk someone came to the photo area eventually, after a customer pressed the help button numerous times. It asked for help in that section over the speaker system several times. With the 7 customers in front of me, the 7 behind me as I left, the cashier worked the store, from greeting everyone to checking people out, all with a smile, yet all by himself. I could complain about the wait, but this young man deserves the KUDOS more! Whoever he is…Walgreens, you should promote him before he leaves!"
