"We've had SFC put in LVP a few years ago and carpet just last week. Both times they have gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy with cost and installation. Just last week, they helped us fix a floor destroyed by another contractor -- they had to grind down concrete, relevel the concrete, and install the carpet for us. And they got it done in a day and a half -- half the time they quoted! They pointed out and noted in writing all of the work that was done incorrectly by Precision Home Repair for our records if we decide to litigate. We won't have anyone else do flooring for us in the future."
