Walmart Pharmacy

"I can't speak for everyone but from my experience customer service here is significantly better than any I've ever had at CVS. As someone with real bad social anxiety, its A LOT easier to communicate correctly when the pharmacists are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be getting all my medications from this location from now on."

"Really tired of calling this pharmacy and getting nothing from them. I understand that they get busy but its sad when no one will communicate to the patients that seriously need their medications. Apparently there were no refills left on my wife's prescription and my my wife's doctor needed to call them in. NO COMMUNICATION from the pharmacy AT ALL. Her doctor called it in after my wife did some research on the APP not through the pharmacy directly called her doctor and had her doctor refill her meds. ONCE AGAIN the pharmacy has not called to let her know the meds have been approved for refill and we have not heard from the pharmacy. We have called 17 times in the past 2 days and nothing. The line is busy EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CALL. Please get it together and do better. People rely on the pharmacy to know when their meds have been processed or not because it doesn't say on the app and it doesn't help when you live an hour away and no one is answering the calls. We don't even get the machine person anymore, it's just a busy tone. It is starting to get a little ridiculous."

"Called for Rx at 9am. Called at 10am they are working on it. Called at 11:50am they say out of stock and I received no notification whatsoever. It might be in today's delivery.....call back at 3pm. Received out of stock at 2pm. Called for partial and because it's a controlled substance was told that they could do a partial this one time. I do not understand Walmart is out of stock not my fault. OMG!!! My time for refill is today and the medicine is for anxiety!!! A partial should not be questionable!!!"

"I will never use any WalMart pharmacy again. On Thursday I called and asked if they had a medication that I needed. They said they had it. I will say this medication is a controlled substance. They said "yes, have your doctor send the prescription to them." I called this morning and they said they needed my insurance card, so I sent my wife. My wife gets there and they tell her they are not going to fill the prescription after they told me they were. The person that informed me that I was going to get my prescription filled was very rude just like WalMart!"
