Walgreens Pharmacy

"Pharmacy is not dependable! Appointment for Saturday, received confirmation on Friday (day before) and reminder email on Saturday (day of appointment). Arrived 15 minutes before appointment to find the pharmacy closed until Monday. The employee at the checkout found out the pharmacy was closed when she came to work but not sure why it was closed and not sure how appointment would be rescheduled. Go elsewhere."

"Gave them a few chances with getting different RX filled. They did the exact thing. NEVER READY, don't know what medication I'm picking up, submitted the claim can't get RX Transferred and said out of stock will get overnighted ... didn't come in until a week later. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE.."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Go to Clemson or Killian. I’ve used them multiple times, and every single time my prescription isn’t ready. I’ve waited 1 hour, I’ve waited 6, and every time it’s never ready the first time I come in. It’s completely upsetting to have you’re child suffering and unable to get them the medication they need ASAP."

"Called in a prescription refill on Friday morning and the ready pick up time I was given was 10am that morning. I go on Monday around noon to pick up and it's not ready. I asked why and I was told she didn't know(with an attitude) but I could wait and it would be ready in 30 minutes, well this thing called lunch break from work. I would have went over the weekend or back in the evening but the pharmacy is not open on weekends and the evenings. Very frustrated!!!! Poor customer service."

"This Walgreens Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! This particular pharmacy has the worse hours out of anybody in this area. The Pharmacy is open when everyone is at work, and closes early on weekdays when it's time for everyone to get off work. If you work a regular 9-5, you will not catch this Pharmacy open UNLESS there is NO TRAFFIC from your job to the pharmacy! HardScrabble Road has A LOT of traffic, so your chances of getting your medication from here are slim.. Some of you may say, "I can get my medicine on the weekends because I'm off". THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. This Pharmacy is closed on the weekends so getting your medicine on your off days is not possible. Do NOT use this pharmacy to fill your medications as their hours of operations will not fit in with your work schedule.. They may tell you that the hours are temporary but that is not true! It's been like this for over 3 years. DO NOT take your medication to Walgreens on hardscrabble Rd. TAKE YOUR MEDICATION for fulfillment at another company"
