"I wish I could give less than 1 star, This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life from a fast food place. I will never be spending my money with Taco Bell ever again"

"Food literally smelled and tasted like vomit. It was disgusting. Only time I have ever brought food back in my life. When I brought my food back inside the store to inform them, the lady just said it's the spicy sauce. I've been going to Taco Bell since 1965 (I'm from So. Calif.) and I have never tasted anything so bad. On top of all of this, the gal forgot me at the counter for about 7 mins. I saw her face when she saw me and realized she had messed up. This 60-year customer has had enough."

"This place is awful. Twice I have been here where they have little to no ingredients. When you go in to pick up food it takes 5 minutes for anyone to notice anyone has even walked in they are so busy talking in the back. If you order online you won't know until you go to pick up your food they can't make 80% of it and they do not care. Then you have to spend your time calling the 800 number which is the only way to get a refund. I am at ten minutes and counting at this point..."

"I loved Taco Bell when it first became popular in the 90’s but the lack of poorly prepared food cause me to stop eating it for many years. I often try to watch what I eat, but I have recently been indulging in fast food on occasion. We stopped at this Taco Bell when they first opened and I couldn’t believe how fresh all the food was. The tacos were actually full and not just some soggy tortillas. We don’t live close, but we will travel a distance to go to this particular Taco Bell. You can tell they give a damn on how they prepare the food and they always greet you with a good attitude."

"This is my daughter's favorite Taco Bell. It's new so it clean inside and out. The staff has been friendly each time I've been there and the service was fast. The parking lot can be a bit difficult to maneuver if the drive thru is busy as you have to come back the same way you came in, you drive around the store. Minor problem though. I do like this location. One odd thing I've noticed but my daughter does not agree with is that I think the drinks have a funny taste to them maybe from tap water for the ice?"
